Senior Physical Therapy Aide
In 2012, Tiffany earned her Bachelors in Mathematics with a minor in Exercise and Sports Studies from UC Santa Barbara. While she was in Santa Barbara, she taught group fitness classes including indoor cycling, sports circuit, and hip-hop aerobics. Tiffany also played organized basketball since she was three years old and made three California State Championship appearances with the Berkeley High Girl’s Basketball team from 2006 to 2008.
Tiffany’s first experience with physical therapy occurred in 2013 when her boyfriend, now husband, fell from a roof and suffered a left-brain injury. His therapy involved re-learning how to walk and talk. She helped him during the rehabilitation period by assisting with exercises to regain strength and proprioception in his right leg.
Her goals are to stay involved in the progression of Physical Therapy field, and return to her high school to teach exercises for injury prevention.
